Gruppofive and designer Michael Grella paired up for another design-build project at Brandi Trattoria in Portchester, NY. The gut renovation and rebuild of this 6,000-square-foot Italian restaurant featured custom millwork throughout, new HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. A one-of-a-kind wine cellar wall, paired with high-end wood flooring and carpentry, wrapped up the design components in the dining area. Gruppofive installed a universal design in the state-of-the-art kitchen, featuring modern and high-tech appliances, including a multi-unit Range stove with a combination of gas burners, griddles, fryers, and a steamer. Overhead, a full-length hood was installed to provide maximum ventilation coverage.
